The objectives of the Permit To Work (Management) Training are that learners will be able to:

  • Able to demonstrate good knowledge of worksite hazards management
  • Carry out and to assess Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
  • Understand the purposes of PTW & its requirement by referring to the SEAH procedure.
  • Understand and able to describe roles & responsibilities of the respective signatories involved in PTW system.
  • Fill up, evaluate and approved the PTW form correctly.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge in PTW processes: Application, Suspension, Shift Handover /Revalidation, close out and PMOC.
  • Understand the purpose of toolbox talk / TRIC and DRA.
  • Able to sustain the PTW quality and effectiveness by performing the PTW audit.
